Passive Defense of Energy and Critical infrastructures, Housing reconstruction, through automated 3D concrete printing

The group of 8 public entities composed of :

- Municipality of BORODYANKA, Kyiv region

- Territorial Community of PIDHORODNE, Dnipropetrovsk region

- Municipality of IRPIN, Kyiv region

- Municipality of SLAVUTYCH, Kyiv region

- Municipality of ZHYTOMYR, Zhytomyr region

- Municipality of VYSHHOROD, Kyiv region

- Municipality of MALYN, Zhytomyr region

- National State Agency for the Management of the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone,

express their need to be equipped with agile 3D concrete automated construction solution,

for rapid and sustainable prevention and limitation of the impact of new destruction on their

territory, particularly concerning civilian infrastructure related to energy, health, agriculture,

water and sanitation, waste management, housing, and digital infrastructure.

As winter approaches, the eight municipalities are uniting to express together, their need to

be each one’s equipped with 3D construction printing complete solutions, to automate the

construction of their projects focused on the protection, construction, and securing of civilian

infrastructure.

As 3D construction printing is less physically demanding than traditional methods, The 8

public entities see the opportunity to get the projects realized by female personnel using the

3D construction printers.

Specifically, the 8 public entities are requesting models manufactured by Constructions-3D

France due to the recognized quality of these 3D printers in terms of speed, ease of

deployment and use, construction volume, reliability, adaptability to difficult-to-access

terrains, and versatility to meet all construction needs. Additionally, their ability to reduce

physical strain makes them particularly operable by female personnel who will have been

previously trained in the use of the printers.
